The incredible story of Greenham Common: Welsh women in the campaign for peace

In a new documentary combining recent interviews and archive material, we will hear the story of the 36 Welsh women who marched all the way from Wales to Berkshire in protest of the US nuclear weapons being stored at Greenham Common Air Base.

In a series of chapters following the women's individual stories, we ask how these women's lives and feelings have changed 40 years later as they share their memories and experiences. This is an opportunity to hear about their sacrifice, their struggle, their hopes and their fears in the midst of the Cold War.
